Ultra Snow is Ultra Solution's snow removal division, based in Brossard (South Shore of Montreal). Residential season package starting at $975 (or $1,175 with de-icing) — fixed price November to April, regardless of the number of storms. Mobilization 4-6 h after precipitation, 24/7 ice storm emergency line in season.

What we get asked most.
When do you visit after a storm?
Visit guaranteed once precipitation has ended, normally within 4-6 h. Multiple passes possible depending on accumulation (storm of 30 cm+: intermediate passes).
Is the price fixed regardless of the number of storms?
Yes. Seasonal package = fixed price November-April, regardless of the weather. It's our risk, not yours. Mild winter or intense winter, your amount doesn't change.
My driveway has stairs / a rooftop terrace — do you handle it?
Yes as an option. Specify particularities at quoting, we adapt (manual shoveling for stairs, light electric blower for fragile terraces).
Do you use salt? My plants suffer from it.
On request, sand or low-sodium mix. Or no spreading at all. You choose at signing, and we can adjust during the season.
What if I'm a new client mid-season?
Possible with pro-rated adjustment. We usually have capacity until December. Beyond that, contact us: we look case by case.
What happens if you don't show up?
Impossible with our fleet. But in case of exceptional issue, pro-rated refund guarantee. A direct line is open 24/7 in season for any emergency.
How much does a residential snow removal package cost in Brossard, Longueuil or Boucherville?
On the South Shore of Montreal, an Ultra Snow season package starts at $975 for standard residential snow removal (driveway + porch + balcony), from November to April, fixed price regardless of the number of storms. With de-icing included: from $1,175. Commercial from $4,800 depending on surface.
When should you reserve your season snow removal package in Quebec?
Ideally between August and October to secure your spot in optimized routes. Ultra Snow accepts new clients until December depending on remaining capacity, with pro-rated price adjustment. After January, case by case.
Does snow removal include salt or abrasive spreading?
Not in the base package — it's an option. You choose: salt, sand, low-sodium mix or no spreading. The package with de-icing included covers one application per visit + unlimited ice storm calls.
What happens during a storm of more than 30 cm?
For accumulations greater than 30 cm, Ultra Snow performs multiple passes: an intermediate one during precipitation (access securing), then a final pass 4-6 h after the end. No surcharge — it's included in the fixed-price season package.
